Can't Log in? Try this:
- Open Chrome Settings.
- Scroll down and click on "Privacy and security".
- Click on "Clear browsing data".
- Select "Cached images and files" and click "Clear data".

The EAM server is rebooted every morning at 1 am. Anyone logged on at that time will be logged out.
The report server is refreshed every hour starting at midnight and reports will be down for about 10 minutes during that time.
